Arielle Silverstein‘s boyfriend, Tony Ortega, Editor-in-Chief of the Village Voice, was laid off due to his obsession with the Church of Scientology.

In order to save face Ortega announced that he was leaving the Village Voice to dedicate his time to write a book about Scientology. A Voice staffer told us that Tony Ortega was no longer qualified for the Editor-in-Chief position because of his obsession with Scientology which was causing him to neglect his editorial duties. The Village Voice Media executives in Phoenix came down hard on Ortega because 90% of what Ortega wrote on his Runnin’ Scared blog amounted to the anti-Scientology rants of someone who had become obsessed with a cause and lost sight of any sort of journalistic balance.

Arielle Silverstein Mentally Unstable?

Men and women are entitled to their beliefs, ideas and what not, but not according to an attorney employed by the United Nations. Said employee is Arielle Silverstein, who has been venting her animosity against religion and race, from her office at the U.N.  She spent hours writing her anti-religious slurs and anonymously posted them to shady internet forums, to avoid detection from her superiors.

In one posting Silverstein claimed she takes an SSRI drug similar to Paxil. This may explain her obsession and uncontrolled compulsion for being aggressive against anything she perceives to be a “threat” against her from imagined adversaries.  She appears to be mentally unstable.

Arielle Silverstein’s former high schoolmates corroborated stories of her manic condition. They explained that one moment she was very nice and pleasant but, all of a sudden, Silverstein would flip and viciously go after some of her schoolmates. Such mood swings, according to her former friends, were rather frequent.

This poses some important questions:

Why is the United Nations letting Silverstein get away with her behavior?

Why hasn’t the United Nations conducted a thorough audit of Silverstein computer and activities from the UN?

As we covered in previous articles, Arielle Silverstein is an attorney employed by the United Nations. She has been using her employer’s facilities to spew anti-religious propaganda in shady internet forums.

Silverstein was part of an anti-Muslim campaign called Everybody Draw Mohamed Day 2012.

Here are some anti-religious postings that Silverstein wrote and posted from the United Nations’ computers but later removed when her internet persona, Bozuri, was discovered.

Was Arielle Silverstein a Paid Source for Tony Ortega?

On June 8, 2012, an article appeared on BizPR.ca entitled Ortega’s ethics called into question over “sex with source” scandal. However, the article was short lived. Some say that Arielle Silverstein had something to do with removing the article. We believe that if Silverstein wanted the article removed there must be some truth in it. We located a copy of the “infamous” article and a specific part of it that appears to be accurate. The article stated:

Around this time Ortega violated another long held journalistic ethics edict when he became “romantically” involved with one of his sources, Arielle Silverstein. Silverstein is an Israeli-born lawyer who works at the United Nations in its Management Evaluation Unit. In November 2011 Ortega and Silverstein traveled to Israel and she was the principal source for a story that Ortega published later that year. By January 2012, Ortega had moved in with Silverstein in her apartment on East 89th Street.

We have obtained photographs of Arielle Silverstein and Tony Ortega when they were in Israel in November 2011, including a photograph of the rental car they were driving.
